My Biggest Announcement Ever
Oct 22, 2023
I've managed to turn one of the worst moments of my life into my life’s calling. |
On January 17th 2019, I checked myself into a hospital after having the panic attack to end all panic attacks. At work of all places. |
Months of 80 hour weeks, feeling like I was a failure and worrying about things going wrong at work caught up to me. |
I had been suppressing these tough thoughts and feelings and ended up going off like a volcano when I walked into the office one random Thursday. |
I am going all in on helping others avoid what happened to me. |
At the time, ending up in the hospital was the lowest point of my life. I was ashamed of myself and thought I would be stuck like that forever, and that my life was over. |
Now, looking back, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. |
I had no idea that successful people like Lincoln and Churchill dealt with these issues too. |
It did 2 things for me: |
1. It helped me realize I wasn't alone |
2. It gave me some hope that life wasn't over, and this didn't have to define me. |
I got out of the hospital 4 days later and started looking for answers like my life depended on it, in a way it did. |
I read every book I could find, got professional help, and chased getting better with everything I had. |
I was able to learn skills that not only made my life better but took my professional life to a level I couldn't imagine. |
Then I had this lightbulb moment of “I wish someone had taught these skills to me earlier" so that's exactly what I started doing. |
I had never done a webinar before, but Churnzero took a chance on me and let me do one called “Managing Stress in Customer Success“ |
I hoped a few people might show up. When I saw the attendee count pass 500, I tried not to faint. |
When I saw the reviews, I knew I was on to something. |
Building a connection off a mutual struggle with someone else who gets it often forms the most authentic relationships you could imagine. |
The need for building skills to handle difficult times and the constant pressure we face has never been higher. |
You’ll also learn some actionable strategies to deal with the challenges we all face of doing more with less. |
If you joined something I hosted, read my emails, had me speak at your company or joined one of my coaching programs. You’re amazing. Seriously, thank you. |
Helping people overcome these challenges and empowering them with skills to take control has given me meaning I could have never imagined. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this possible. |

Here’s what to expect now that this is my entire focus. |
